Spencer Safian

Analyst

Spencer joined Polaris Growth Fund in 2026 and serves as an analyst on the team.

He previously completed a co-op with PGF as a private equity analyst. Prior to that, he was an investment research co-op at Wellington and a corporate accounting co-op at Putnam Investments.

Spencer received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Data Science from Northeastern University.

Outside of work, Spencer likes to hike, play basketball, go on bike rides, and listen to music.
