Eliza Drake

Operations Assistant

Eliza joined Polaris Growth Fund in 2026 in the role of operations assistant. Prior to joining PGF, Eliza worked as a Business and Office Manager for an online retailer and an interior design firm.

Eliza holds a BA from Trinity College and an MS from Bank Street College of Education. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three sons, often on the sidelines of a sporting event.
